What sort of exercise do you do?

I started running a 5k as often as possible. Last week I ran every day and totalled about 20 miles (working from home has some benefits). I find it great for my general wellbeing.

Walking keeps me sane.
I cycle too but I prefer walking it's like meditation.

I walk daily and play competitive tennis 3 - 4 times per week.

I bought a rowing machine that doesn't get much use because, damn it's hard work!

Lots of walking and I am glad to say swimming now too! I find it hard to get into an exercise routine and easy to fall out of one. It takes a bit of commitment for me to keep it going but I am always aware of the benefits of feeling fitter and more active
