It’s the new 33 or something like that 😂 That’s actually complete nonsense as you’ll find out if you play any type of sport with a 33 year old!
I just had a massive career change and retrained to be a school teacher. I wasn’t even the oldest on my course! Plus if you join any sort of sports club, you won’t be the oldest, and you’ve got years in you yet (start slowly, though). My chosen sport, which I do very badly and slowly, is triathlon. As I say, no medals. I am without fail always last at swimming, but I’m never last overall and wouldn’t care if I was as I still have to pinch myself I’m doing such things when I was still obese three years ago. So in summary, I’m not having that 53 is old line 🙂👍
