Day 18

Going to start my exercises the physio taught me to do so I can strengthen my hip, feeling so grateful at the moment for a lot of things 👍

Strengthening your bones is a good idea, Mto2. I do quite a lot of stretching exercises and also lift weights, which helps to strengthen the muscles around the bones.

Thank you, yes Anna, I was actually thinking of getting some dumbbells I think their called to also help, my mum god bless her had a hip operation and I really don't want to be having that at 46 years old 👍
