One key to keeping me somewhat sane is to remember this feeling when the hard times come. Not to be a downer but they will come.
Something about knowing those awesome days are still out there keeps me going when I feel low.
Then out of nowhere one or more of those great days appear.
The more that happens the stronger your belief will become.
