I’m Proud of You
Seven Years ago today I made the decision to lead a sober life. At that point, going seven (ok, one) days without drinking was daunting.
While I am no longer active around here- the website (and my “August 2014” class) was vital to my journey.
I am so proud of each of you reading this post right now.
Regardless of your stage in sobriety, challenging your relationship with drugs/alcohol is an absolute act of valor. And you, those you love, and those who love you are worth the effort.
