This resonates with me. It took a lot of humility and courage to seek out help. Talk about being "out of my comfort zone." I was walking into a room of alcoholics and asking for help from a bunch of people that were total failures at drinking. Fortunately, there were also a few "winners" at quitting there. And that's where I found my strength.
