Awesome job! The shakes, sweats, anxiety should go away soon. No AA where I live so I read SR alot and drank plenty coffee and soda for the sugar. Just keep doing whatever you need to keep from drinking.

Booze took everything from me by the age of 45. Don't give in to that little devil anymore! 22 months sober and loving life again.

After sleeping really well last night, I woke up naturally about 8am but by noon I couldn't keep my eyes open and just HAD to sleep. A nice two hours nap and I felt better.
it's now 11pm and there's zero chance of sleep.

Yup, all normal in the recovery process but this so frustrating.

Hey, take it when you can get it in the beginning because you have to go through the whole sleep problems phase.
