How are things this morning Jillian?
Acceptance that I was done drinking, that I had drank enough for several lifetimes, was key to my moving on and making lasting change in my life. It is the best decision I've ever made, but to make it, I had to be humble and almost view it as a decision I was making on behalf of a vulnerable adult that I was responsible for. Somehow that made it easier to stop and to stay stopped.
