Thanks everyone. It’s been in interesting year. I know that a lot of areas of my life have improved drastically. With that said, I’m still in the process of finding out who I am and what I want in life. That’s been a slower process than I had hoped. I’ve been feeling really just “blah” lately (not sure how to explain it). I’m still not real comfortable in my own skin. I’m keeping at it and will push on to year 2!!

I hear you. Recovery is a long process for me too but I can say that here in the middle of year 2 I have a achieved a lot since I hit 1 year. It’s an emotional year so far but I feel a lot closer to knowing who I really am. Also, I’m finally seeing some real progress in areas like finances. Many of the goals I set in year one are being worked on now because I was too busy just staying sober in year 1.

I too had the year one blahs.
Not sure why either. I think I just hit a huge goal and after the excitement wore off it was like, OK back to the grind.

Good news is they go away.

This is definitely a life long journey so sit back and enjoy the ride.
