Recovery is so personal. The methods employed by many are proof that one size does not fit all.

We all have the power to change. To make decisions that raise our life condition and to succeed in our everyday lives. What seems impossible can be made possible. Belief is oneself is so important. Belief to find the solution. Determination to keep walking into the right direction. Overcoming our deepest challenges is what we are to do here. Becoming happy, spreading happiness and helping others to achieve happiness. This is what I think of every morning when I sit down to morning prayer. Success, determination, positivity, family harmony and an attitude that I will WIN over todays challenges. Just for today.

The above is how I truly feel about my life. 8 months ago my thought process was the exact opposite. I think it is very important to find what works for you and to run as fast as you can towards it. Do not stop. Do not be defeated. Do not break.

Lets keep going towards the light. Spread joy. Finding the solutions to our problems means we are winning at life.
