Many congratulations on 3 years! It sounds like you have a much more productive life these days. As you say, may not be perfect - but at least it's real. I am just trying again to get sober as i am increasingly aware that alcohol holds me back in so many ways - feel like a shadow of myself. Thanks for sharing our update and top tips - very motivating for us newbies. Am also on the south coast UK - but no boot camp for me...not yet anyway..
