Bravo lessgravity on 3 years AF.

I am another who laughed and cried at your legendary "Guide to Moderation." This gem deserves a link in your anniversary post.

Congratulations on 3 years, Less!

I remember many of your posts from the past 3 years - I remember when you were starting your journey. I've always appreciated your unflinching depictions of your past and the relatable way you write about your life and its challenges. Your post here is certainly an inspiration. Chopping wood and carrying water right there with you!

Somehow I missed this, Less. I'm so glad you have 3 yrs. of sobriety behind you. We know how hard you worked to get here.
Always enjoy your posts - with the truth & honesty that are so helpful for new people. Thank you.

So happy to see this post as I logged back onto SR for the first time in several months, starting over again. You have always been an inspiration to me, and seeing the familiar "no one is coming to save you" is exactly what I needed to see today. Congratulations to you, my friend.

Less, you were here when I first embarked on my journey to sobriety and offered me encouragement to keep trying. I shall never forget you and your touching my soul with your own struggles. Three years is incredible! I am so proud of your resolve!!! Its always a personal struggle but in sharing with others, it makes the impossible seem doable. Thank you for sharing. I feel like I have a personal investment in you because I was at the same time fighting the demons as you were. 2018 for me. Where does the time go? Three years is simply amazing. Congrats and hugs to you and your family. Certainly a fight worth fighting, and to be present for them is incredible.

Congratulations Less. Posts like yours are the reason I keep coming back to SR when I start feeling a bit low. We really have dug ourselves out of a very dark place. We can do anything.
