I have a very busy week this week workwise ...so I am blocking out all distractions eg my son and anything to do with him and above all any thoughts of drinking. I just went to the supermarket and was deeply deeply irritated by the self checkout machine which refused to scan many of my items ( first world problems! )... it was literally 3 feet from the wine cabinet but I didn’t even think to get a bottle (or two). It never crossed my mind, so that’s good, right ?

Absolutely!

The self check out is troublesome. If you move in the wrong way the red lights start going. Its not as smooth as it appears to be.
Robotic moves and slowness is the only way to get out of there without needing assistance. Robot moves!

Ha ha ha - robot moves! I thought it was just me who hates the self-checkout. I go kind of fast, and it always thinks I am stealing, lol.
