I am doing okay, thanks Much better mental health but still drinking on and off. I was thinking about when I have done well and I think staying connected here has a lot to do with it. I have managed to sort out a lot of underlying issues, so I think there is no reason to remain stuck here. How are you doing?

Thank you everyone....I have always found that coming here every day helps and I have no idea why I keep stepping away....I guess I just want to be the one who finds a way to keep drinking! That in itself speaks volumes.....

I am glad you are here now. Keep checking in each day, those days will start to add up again, and you will keep feeling better. I miss it when you aren't here!!

I am doing well. My oldest will be leaving for college in four months, so I will need you here when I am feeling sad and all of those mom emotions!!!

Sobriety is not linear for some. It has not been linear for me. I've been in and out and all around this forum for almost a decade.
What is true for me is that I continue to try. I come back. I keep coming back. I'm glad you are here and working on yourself.

It's certainly not been linear for me but I know I had a lot of work to do, in a lot of different areas. I have made real progress, especially emotionally. I can tolerate myself now! I am going to just keep plugging away at life. I can get further than this.
