Day 13 Dodged a bullet regarding my health ! Grateful !
So have put off having a mammogram for three years ( supposed to have them every 18 months) as I was so afraid they would find breast cancer as alcohol is such a risk factor ( daft I know, as the sooner it is found, the easier it is to treat !). But today I went for one and a follow up ultrasound and it was all fine ! I feel like I’ve dodged a bullet and been given a second chance on that front too !! So relieved and determined to never ever go back to drinking. Ever.

Excellent! Congratulations! I get my mammogram yearly but I have an awful track record for paying bills. Why? I dunno. I know the consequences for late payments, but I just can't. I will work on this. Hoping you can work on your issues, too.

We (this is a Fellowship) are not worried about yesterday or tomorrow, we are just not drinking today!
