Day 12 .. The joys of supermarkets and sleep !

So I went to a proper supermarket today for the first time in a year - have been doing online shops or nipping to the corner store since Covid started ! I was like a kid in a candy shop and bought myself a lot of exciting ingredients for healthy stir fries , interesting fish dishes, and even for home made burritos ! :-) Never did I once think of visiting the wine aisle. Not once !

Oh and I slept 8.5 hours last night ( unaided by anything )... first time in years and years. With recent goings on I was averaging 3-4 hours a night max and could barely function !
More progress to be happy about ! Onwards !

Fantastic, ICDT! I haven't been in a grocery store for a year either and I can imagine how exciting it was. I'm glad you're sleeping well.

Fantastic job ICDT! what amazing progress you have made in 12 days. You are finding new ways to deal with that AV and getting things done. Really great job.. keep it going!
