I Binged. Im back,
about 10 days of 10-12 beers in the eve.
For the last 2 nights I LITERALLY "forced" my self to drink, as the thought or sight of a beer can or even the smell of it
was kinda like looking at a free buffet when your stuffed.

You'll feel crook alright, but will slowly recover over next few days. Drink plenty of water. Rest.
Forcing drinks down is something I've done too.
It's a most terrible thing and hope you never have to go through it again.

Okay, so then you can come up with a list of things to do that will help remedy the boredom. Try to come up with some specific things that will work for you. This can be the beginning of a change. Remember, it's so much more than stopping drinking.

It hasn’t been easy....still not easy...The paws have been horrendous...but I’ve conceded to deem it was necessary for health, wellness, and my loved ones....I’ve learned by others here I will get through this...so will you..
Hang tough!
I wish you well in your endeavor to abstain...
I used to think that too, but in reality when I drank I was just drunk and bored instead of bored. Being "Bored" is a function of our choices - not a condition enforced upon us by some external entity. Usually when we say we are bored, it's not because there is nothing to do, it's because we haven't planned to do anything. One of the things that helped me a great deal early on was to literally plan out my entire day hour by hour. Even if I was just going to read a book or take a walk, I put it in my calendar. That way I never gave my addiction the chance to sneak in and say "well, i guess there's nothing to do for a bit so maybe you could just go have one beer and come home" - or something like that. Not that it didn't try, but if you aren't ready your addiction is a master of persuasion.

This was me too.
Now I know I wasn't bored so much as craving a substance that artificially saturates my brain in feel good chemicals. So not having that substance made me feel like crap no matter what I was doing.
My brain is still recovering, but it gets better every day now. I enjoy things without alcohol.
If you're like me, you'll feel better eventually if you stop drinking.
