Just checking in at 90 days. Feeling fantastic and honestly this is the first real time I have been determined to stay on this track and embrace sobriety fully. I’ve been attempting to increase my activity in the forum as it’s been such a great resource for me (I’ve actually been here on and off for many many years). I’ve been able to for the first time be honest with my very closest family and friends about my issues with alcohol and letting them know I will no longer be drinking. I’ve also been in close contact with my family physician and taking my anti depressant medications regularly. So that is what I have been doing differently this time around! Everything is slowly improving for me but most importantly my relationship with my husband and children and my mental and physical well-being.

Congratulations LoveDD well done. Just started antidepressants myself at 28 days and sorry I didn't earlier as they clear my PAWs symptoms and give me a clear head and I feel back to normal happy me. Well don and keep going 😀😀😀😀
