Thank you for the kind replies. I usually lie in bed trying to stay asleep until after 5 or 6pm.
I woke up at 5.30am but managed a few hours.
It's so lovely seeing the sun.
This is day 2. Just one day. No biggy.
I have it planned. I've gone through w
what will happen if I get mad urges.
It's all coming back.
