Joe, keep thinking that way, because...

...THAT is the Joe that can get better.

And yes...go back to AA now, not later.

There is a local open meeting right up the road from me in walking distance next Thursday.
That is where I started, and that is where I will restart. I still have my white chip. They owe me more!
I have to give it a chance. Who knows, the meetings may be more helpful than the meds, and the meetings are free

That is really really a step in the right direction!!! Do get a meet please as I promise you that they have done more for me than any meds!!!! You really are starting to sound positive - my goodness - this is the START of the return of Joe I do believe!!!!!!

You do have to give it a chance - give yourself a chance and those you love a chance to see you thrive again. Life and survival is just to hard you see - It really is time to THRIVE!!!! Thank you because you have just reminded me of one of my favourite mantras!!!!!

(My meeting tonight was again sooo good for me and all who attended and the feedback in the room was so very honest and encouraging!!!!)

Go!!!!! Luvs And Recovery Ama

Congrats on 30 Days Joe! Thanks for the PM also. Nice to know your not alone. A whole chapter could have been written in the Big Book but instead we get to live it and write it day by day.

Well, thanks to all. Nice to hear from you, and this time I got the email from the message board. Don't know what was wrong? Maybe it was my "spam" settings....I bet if I check my spam folder all the emails are there.

Seeya later!

Joe:
Just a suggestion/question, but why not come join us here in the Community for a Meeting? Mail is great, but livetime communications can be so much better. JC has responsibility for chairing an AA meeting starting today here in Sober Recovery within the hour. Maybe he too could use some help even if just through our personal participation.

Just an idea.......... A pretty good one if you ask me. LOL
So, feel free to ask ask ask. Ho Ho Ho. What a gift the present can be.
