It always centres me when i check in with SR. Brings the reality of what we are doing to the forefront of my mind.
Trying to get sober or stay sober is admirable and deserves respect not judgment.
Anybody who judge’s simply isn’t educated in the subject of addiction. And understanding that helps a lot.
Ive been studying the subject for a long time now and still make connections and findings that enlighten me.
