Well done for you Boggle. Yep life with out alcohol still has trouble but we have a better chance at dealing effectively with the trouble.

Boggle, that's awesome!
I know you worked hard for this and yeah, the work continues, but it does indeed get better. You'll get better.

At least that's how it worked for me... 3 months, pretty good but rocky. 6 months, quite a bit better. One year and I understand now that thing will insist on coming up, but I'm learning to handle them like a sane person - a good one, even.

So glad you checked in with your progress.

Thank you all, I'm going through a stage of complete exhaustion at the minute, mind you it might be down to all the rubbish I eat, now it's time to change that too, I hope you are all well x
