just checking in , I know I should use this forum more
feeling really good ! I think I知 about 4 weeks in now but tbh I have no idea , that was a mess when that happens!
Loving life at moment, dunno things seem to be clicking into place 🤷🏻♂️ I知 sure something will come along and give me a kicking at some point though
just with my 5am alarm clock in my head would stop going off as I have to nap during day 🙈

Hi Rainy, so what if something comes along to give you a kicking? (Not literally I hope).
Look, you’ve now got a month’s sober time. Your body is getting used to not needing alcohol. When whatever comes along now to spoil your day, you’ll have the willpower not to drink.
Speaking from experience - I had a major family issue on my day 55. I automatically wanted a drink as it was my first big test. But I held back and thought I didn’t really need that drink. If that crisis had happened earlier on in my sobriety, I may well have caved.
Have a lot more faith in yourself as one month is a seriously good start.

Way to go Rainy! You are doing it! However I personally think you should come by a bit more often. Not to create a dependence, but in case that sneaky AV starts talking to you.. it's good to have that strong awareness. Great job!

Hey there great job on the first 4 weeks! I'm still living in a bit of a pink cloud myself as things are quite peachy. I'm putting together a plan with my sponsor for when things are not so cloudy! I've relapsed twice when that pink cloud lifted so good to be prepared. Keep it up and keep us posted!
