Keep your chin up. Try this you are having a bad moment or couple bad moments. Look at what is in your control and take action to fix it. hopefully you can observe and understand what has caused it. And get past it and continue and make this another great clean day. One day at a time. And if it continues through out the day stay sober so tomorrow you can take pride in saying those bad times are past and I accomplished and overcame it. Not preaching it just helped me in bad times.
