31 Days
So, I知 laying in the rack at the conclusion of my 31st day. So I guess I知 at a month. I wish I would have done this decade or ago. I went sober for 4 years in 2013 at 52 and in 2017 at 56, I thought I had it beat and tried a bit of wine. Huge mistake! Well here I am almost 4 years later at 59 and this time I知 gonna make it work. Hang in there and remember, there ain稚 any such thing as social drinking for folks like us.

Like is a lot better when you can sleep normal, think straight and made good decisions.

Congrats on the first of many sober months! And yes, life is so much better sober. Too many reasons to list but number one is waking up feeling good. That never gets old.

I hear that.
I've found it best to put alcohol in the past. Time to shake things up and really move forward in life...
