Introduction
Hello everyone my name is Justin and I am an alcoholic. I just finished residential treatment in California for my addiction, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. So far I have been out of treatment for 12 days and I feel better than I have ever felt. Today I started a step down program called outpatient and I hope to learn more. I am new to the forum and look forward to communicating with everyone and learning as much as possible from you all. Thank you and have a great day!
Great to have you join the family, Justin. Congrats on completing your treatment. I think talking things over here on SR will help add to your recovery program.
You're among friends who care & understand - the way others in our life really can't.
Good to hear you're feeling optimistic. Things will continue to get better. 12 days is fabulous!

Welcome Justin.
This is is a good site to have joined. Everyone seeking complete abstinence, but with a diversity of views that make it a complete learning experience.
Congratulations on 12 days.
Keep posting.

Welcome Justin! This is a great place to ask questions. Best of luck on your treatment. Don't underestimate the way PTSD and addiction can work together to trip you up. Alot of people had that consensus at the last rehab I was in, and they were really up on things. So important to keep working on them both. Good luck!! You can do it!
