Yes, we certainly do start to feel better after some time away. You should be very proud. Quitting alcohol is quite the battle. Keep on moving forward to day 7 and beyond!

Still sober and moving forward. Today I felt the best I have in a long time. Like this feeling, nice to wake-up not worrying about if I can make it through work to get another bottle on the way home
