Hi ShiftHappens. Of course it will pass. We reach a point where not a gd thing makes sense anymore. You are there now. But that is a damn strong and hard-fought place to build on. You have gone through so much but you are still here. And we want you here. And you want to stay in your life and make changes. I really sense that in your writings. I hope you stay and can fight for health and peace. Not perfection, just health and peace.

I'm much better FDM, thanks for asking.

Now the trick is staying that way.
I've been thinking about a couple of things, we'll see how it goes after I see my doctor on the 27th.

Hey there! It's been a little quiet here I feel a little foolish for not checking in.

I have "crazy episodes" too. It's better to ride them out sober as they don't last as long, aren't as severe and I generally see sense (that I was wrong) sooner.

Try not to feel helpless. Why do you feel this way?
