I really think it’s time to seriously consider inpatient rehab. Get into a place that can support you mentally and physically and really use it to the best of your ability. Save your own life, man.

If, take it from someone who knows the conundrum you are now facing.

If you're going to relapse it's one or the other, NEVER benzos with alcohol. If this is considered medical advise mods please delete, but it's not safe to go cold Turkey off both. At all. Benzos are typically used for withdrawing from alcohol.

Please see a doctor to get yourself regulated. You dont have to suffer.

Hey Freedom. As you know my daughter has schizophrenia and is very unwell at the moment. Close to being hospitalised. She has come off her medication. Times are tough.

Just want you to know you are not alone, and I understand how difficult things must be for you. Thing is, she is not drinking (used to omg) and for this I am grateful. So is she. She gets it now.

Freedom, drinking is only going to make things worse. I hope you understand this and are doing the right thing by yourself.
