2021 Calendar
I’ve written on the box labelled one - “End as you began - SOBER”. My plans thus far include visiting this site at least once per day, continuing to work with my therapist, learning and developing gratitude and positive thinking methods and nourishing my body with good food and structured sleep. Once I feel better physically I’ll start to do light exercise at home until the gym reopens, lockdown notwithstanding.
