Thank you for the support, all of you. May this year be kind and alcohol free for you!
I am writing this one year and a day sober ❤️ I had some conflicting feelings getting to such a big milestone. My AV piped up... It's new year, you've done so well, you've proved you can do it if you ever lose control again, you can stay in control, just have a little blow out, you've earned it.
Luckily I can cope with these thoughts much more easily these days and I sent AV packing 😂
I am not giving this up, not for anything. I'm a better mother, wife and human being. I'm dealing with a lot but I'm on my way, I'm truly in recovery.
