Now I need to knuckle down and think about how I can boost my sobriety journey in January
(I was in a book shop earlier and picked up a book by a bloke who'd 'recovered' from depression (his phrase). He had a top ten tips and four of them were: KEEP MOVING. He meant physically but also had it as a metaphor for the process of recovery. I like that. Gotta keep moving.)

Congrats Be123, 300 days is amazing! Also good reminder of where we don't want to go back.
I sometimes have a rich smoothie or oatmeal to help alleviate or even prevent drinking urges if it's not a bigger meal time, it always works like a charm
