New comer Wendy
Hi my name is Wendy and I am a recovering alcoholic. I have over 120 days sober and counting. I am a stay at home mom right now as my twin daughters are complete remote learning for school. I also take care of my elderly mother in law. I have been a nurse for 21 years now, but due to the demands at home I am not working. I really miss my job but family comes first. I would really like to connect with like minded people about recovery. thank you for your time.

Congratulations on your 120 days of sobriety. When I found SR I was so comforted by the non-judgmental support & encouragement. I had felt all alone until joining. Most everyone in my life is a social drinker, & they have no understanding of the challenges I face.

Hi Wendy, sounds like a tough time lately so you should be congratulating yourself on the 120 days 
This is a really nice site. No pressure or judgements, etc. The people fortunate enough to have quit for good habe all done so in their own ways, so it’s brilliant that there’s no one size fits all policy.
