Happy to meet you, Galen. I was instantly less anxious when I joined here & began to realize I wasn't alone anymore.
All my friends and family were social drinkers - no one could relate to what I was going through. We're so glad to have you with us. You're among friends who care.

Hi, I was like Hevyn, my family and friends were all social drinkers. My drinking led me down a terrible self destructive path where no one cared to be around me. Coming here has saved my life, just knowing others were like me. Welcome!
