69 day checkin!
Still firm in my desicion for sobriety. I am post op 4 days from gastric bypass so alcohol and drugs are the furthest thing from my mind. Just eating jello and sipping on water. Glad I went through with it although I am pretty irritable now that I can only sip an ounce of clear fluid every 20 minutes... No food for about 2 more weeks but I'm sure it will be worth it.
Still listening to my sobriety audio books and podcasts... One good one that I'm liking right now is "quit like a woman" I'm really liking it if any other women are interested.
That's about it just wanted to check in!
