Wow, I am really touched by all the replies and support. Day one is nearing its end and it has been very difficult so far. My anxiety is through the roof and I have been experiencing some withdrawal symptoms. I did end up canceling everything I had scheduled today and just laid around watching football and drinking a lot of water. It's very encouraging to see all of these replies. I am going to check out online meetings tomorrow also and continue to post my progress here as this has been helpful to hear from likeminded supportive people. Thanks again everyone
