Day 80

Just a quick update. Things are getting a bit better at the moment as far as other areas of life too which is nice. Patience is key. Have a good day people

Fabulous to hear that you are getting some paybacks on the hard work of staying sober. Sometimes it seems things get worse before they get better so glad to hear of a bit of "better".

How are the cravings now for you?

Cravings come and go much quicker now and with me adjusting to my new work schedule and weight training like I use to again I've been pretty solid as far as my mind state. Thank you for asking
