Day 3 Today
Been a while since I last checked in here. Turned 50 this weekend and decided to get back on track. 2020 was going well, several months sober and then started slipping with the isolation of the shut down and just never recovered. It feels as if a switch went off in the last few weeks though and I'm ready to commit to change this time around.

Hi Stinman - Congrats on your Day 3. Maybe you realized the drinking wasn't making things any better or easier. I always thought it lessened my anxiety - but it only added to it. I'm glad you decided to regain your sobriety.
