Checking in day 133 Today is the beginning of day 133 just got done with my morning exercise to start the day. Things have been getting better haven't been dealing with alot of the paws symptoms. The things I've noticed for myself during this process of growth is that when I was high of off opiates I would let things pass over my head at work. I mean as far as doing job duties that weren't my own. Now that I've been putting so much effort into my self care . Saying no is okay. The reality of negativity you get when you start saying no to people. But I'm staying positive , what I got out of there negativity is a smaller circle of people I choose to surround myself with. |

Yes!! This is so important, and I found exactly the same thing. The people who couldn't/wouldn't hear 'No' didn't belong in my life anymore. And, I slowly started to like myself more. I'm so glad you're doing well and congratulations on 133 days of recovery. |
Great job on 133 days! Your sobriety should always come first. The rest will ultimately fall into place. |
