Feeling better today and a lot more optimistic. Got the date of the psychologist wrong though, so that's next week.
Managing to do a lot more walking now, which is making a big difference.

Again, not concentrating on thoughts and just seeing what happens.

Gabe, your last attempt may not have gone like you would have liked, but I applaud for two reasons.
1.) you tried, a lot of people never do
2.) you are trying again, big time kudos for this!!!
Just remember that by restarting, you are not starting from scratch, but from a place of experience.
You can do this!
I have no doubts.

Not bad Alba, just been really busy. Feeling a bit better though. Great the pubs are shut again!

Busy day but feeling better. There has been a lot going on and I am enjoying work. I am still not doing the day count because I think it just makes me aware of the 7-8 week mark.

Long walks every day this week, and that is making all the difference. Have a good night everyone!
