I don’t know if it will help, but I will pray that you will find a way to treat yourself how you deserve to be treated. I couldn’t recommend the help of AA more. But we all have our own path to walk. It breaks my heart to hear you suffering.

Oh this is good news, Gabe. I am so happy for you that this is the last time you will ever need to feel like this. A bath is just the thing. If you can muster the energy, change your bed linens today, too.

Sending healing vibes your way, Gabe. When I went through withdrawals, I tried to visualise them as just the storm to be ridden out, before the calmer waters were reached. Distration helped me too, reading, You Tube videos on addiction and overcoming it. You CAN do this! x
