Day 30!

Made it to day thirty.... Had a low key day as milestones in the past have been triggers.... Dealt with the 1st day of online school with my son... Fun fun lol😬😉 and I got to hit the gym this evening...
I've been pretty emotional but overall good....i havnt been white knuckling it,this hasn't felt forced at all I really just want this and believe quitting this for good will change my life...

Started reading "this naked mind" tonight... I think it's a pretty known recovery book... So far so good!!
