Night off before school begins! Monday I have to be sober Monday to Friday again I’ve got minds to meld! And special minds! The thought of not drinking scared me I know I can do it done it at end every holiday just look forward to weekend! But it’s been 5 months drinking when I want! It’s scary!!

I’ve been back to school for a month. In my experience, it’s so much easier for me sober. I have more time to prepare, plan, and execute. I also teach special minds, and the greatest gift of sobriety, is patience with my students. Sometimes it can be frustrating to teach them. When I was still drinking, my patience was short with them. I regret that now. You can do this - it’s so worth it!

I don’t teach I’m a teaching assistant but with them I still teach! Every moment! Special! Language those who don’t speak, body language means the world you can’t!!! Be hungover!! X
