Checking in on day 10
Just here to stay accountable. Doing well all round, the only cravings through the weekdays occur on my drive home from work.
I'm not sure if it's normal but I have been going to bed extra early. Not sure if it's because I'm that tired or bored.

One of the many pleasures of my new life of non drinking is sleep. Restful, life giving, dreamy, sleep. When I was drinking I never slept this well. My body and mind were under attack constantly trying to rid themselves of the booze I was drinking.
Any physical or mental growth was stymied. Not any more!
My body generates loads of natural melatonin now. I have chosen to not use any form of sleep aid because I want my natural stuff to work.
i wake up after about 6 to 8 hours and feel like i drank the night before. It goes away in a few minutes but, the natural hangover is a nice reminder to never drink again or face the chemical altered version that lasts all day or longer for me. I am heavily kindled.
Thanks.

Congrats on 10 days! I slept a lot in the early days, too. If you can do 10, you can do a 11, if you can do 11 you can do 12....and then the day comes where you're no longer focused on what day it is. Instead, you wake up and think "i'm free!".
