I seem to be getting a little more experienced at tackling the Av. I act very quickly now with a healthy response before it gains too much momentum. I had cravings earlier and just quickly lay down on my yoga mat and did breathing techniques. 10 minutes and boom gone

Distraction is KEY to beating those cravings.
I am doing the same thing....when I have a craving...i get up and do something productive and it passes.
Cravings are scary....I didn't have any for 3 weeks...and the last couple days after I hit day 30...I have been having them and using this distraction method and it does work!
33 days.
