I'm okay thanks - I slept and slept. I am done now. This is chaos amd too much to handle. This is it. Actually my day 2. I am giving it full throttle now. Starting another thread and posting every day. Enough messing about with my life and my health.

I am doing okay. Thanks everyone for your posts and advice. I am feeling pretty disillusioned with everything but I'm working on being more positive. Haven't drank since Friday. Text all my family apologising basically for neing me and being a drunk. Having to field lots of messages today. Not the best but I'm determined to figure all this out.

What a bloody nightmare xx
