Day 7,im gonna make it through my first dredded Monday, I've cleaned and baked a cake, now I've sat down for ten minutes before I contemplate tackling that mess of a room, my hearts not in it lol, it's such a mess, but at least I'm sober, x

Day 8,it's Tuesday, my Monday has gone, now exhaustion has stepped in and I could sleep the clock around, I'm getting a full night's sleep, my heart has stopped pounding in my chest and I've lost 5lb in weight. Not that I'm trying which quite honestly I should be, but I'm fighting one demon at a time. X

I would drink, be drunk and eat eat eat to try and sober up before oh got home, so now I'm just eating normal x

Day nine, and that av was in my ear yesterday, but I told it to p off, x
