Feel like I could have written this. I just posted for the first time about how I’ve been drinking on and off for twenty years. It’s exhausting. Im so down on myself right now for binge drinking last night and doing and saying things I didn’t mean to do. If I don’t stop now I risk losing everything that matters to me.
