Hello

Can anyone recommend a good sobriety app? Any app that keeps track of your sober date, awards milestone coins or does other useful things etc.

I read a post a few days ago where somebody mentioned a good one, but I can't find the post.

I thought I would ask you guys instead of just googling it.

The app I use is called Sobriety Counter. It keeps track of your sobriety date and let's you know when you reach milestones. Also has health information about how your body heals depending on how long you are sober. It calculates how much you have saved too.

I use the calm app for meditation program,it and Sr have been real life savers. Good thread I like to know also what else has help others

Calm app is good. As for sobriety counters, I use "day count" as it isn;t obvious to someone with my phone that I am tracking sobriety. Most don't know of my struggle.

I use nomo which is free, has a check in feature, celebrates the common milestones, and keeps track of money saved. There is also a community aspect but I can’t speak to that as I only use the tracking feature.
