Day 23
 

I decided to get up early this morning. 5.30 am. Have gotten so much done and it's only just after 10am now. The last time I was up at 5.30am would have been because of withdrawal hell, now it's sobriety heaven :)

Yes, it's great to be able to get up early out of choice rather than because of the hell of withdrawal.

Someday, whew I get you on the up at 530 am withdrawal hell. That is also when I used to need to decide if I was going to work or not or how sick I was going to feel. Those days are GONE! Great job!
